Note Quote exists to help private mortgage holders turn their monthly payments into a lump sum. NQ is the culmination of decades of industry experience with a fresh approach to underwriting and buying notes. Before forming NQ, Brad wrapped mortgages, sold land on payments, and funded loans from his retirement accounts. It only took a few high volume borrowers to deploy most of the retirement funds. In 2024, Brad decided to add private mortgages to our portfolio under the brand Note Quote. We’ve funded countless deals from raw land, single family, and various commercial projects. Many mortgage buyers only work with large principal amounts or have expectations of buying the note for pennies on the dollar. Note Quote is here to fill an underserved and overlooked need- buying out small private mortgages at a fair rate.
